By engaging the services of Spotless Elegance ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.
Spotless Elegance provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Orlando, Florida metropolitan area, including Winter Park, Windermere, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, and Celebration. Specific service details, frequency, and pricing are agreed upon before service begins.
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property on the scheduled service date and time. If the property cannot be accessed at the time of the scheduled visit (locked out, incorrect access code, property unavailable), a missed-visit fee may apply.
If you provide us with a key or access code, we treat that access as a privilege. Keys are stored securely and are never shared with any third party.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, contact us through our online form or by email.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Pricing is based on the information provided about the property's size, condition, and requirements. If the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described, the final price may be adjusted. Any adjustments will be communicated before service begins.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We will return to the property to address the areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee covers cleaning quality and does not extend to issues outside our control.
All Spotless Elegance staff are background-checked, bonded, and insured. In the unlikely event of property damage during a service, notify us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the damage. We will investigate and resolve legitimate claims in a timely manner.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by pre-existing property conditions (such as weak paint, loose fixtures, or damaged surfaces).
Our team is trained to work carefully around personal items and will not move or handle valuables unless instructed. We recommend that clients secure irreplaceable items, confidential documents, and high-value objects before each visit. If you have specific instructions about areas or items you'd like us to avoid, let us know at the time of booking.
Spotless Elegance reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including situations where property conditions pose a safety risk to our staff.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
