Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our contact form or communicate with us. This includes:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Property address
• Service type requested and frequency
• Any additional information you include in your message

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, including browser type, operating system, pages visited, and visit duration. This information is collected through our analytics tools.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and quote requests
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning services
• Communicate about appointments, changes, or follow-ups
• Improve our website and client experience
• Analyze site traffic and usage patterns

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business:

• Resend, for delivering email notifications when you submit our contact form.
• PostHog, for website analytics. PostHog may use cookies or local storage to track anonymous sessions.
• Vercel, for web hosting and performance analytics.

These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal information with any other companies or organizations.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our site may use cookies and browser local storage for analytics functions provided by PostHog and Vercel. These technologies help us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve it. No cookies are used for advertising and none are shared with advertisers.

Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics and PostHog load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you choose Decline, neither one runs, sets cookies or stores data in your browser.

Google Analytics runs with Google signals and ad personalization turned off.

Vercel Analytics, the visit count of our hosting provider, does not use cookies and runs on every visit.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage for 12 months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline and do not show the banner.

Data retention

We retain your personal information for up to two (2) years after the date of your last service or your last communication with us, whichever is more recent. After that period, your information is deleted from our records.

Sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your information is used exclusively for the purposes described in this policy.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
