Residential cleaning in Celebration, from front porches to Market Street condos.
Celebration was planned in the 1990s to look like an early twentieth century small town, so many of its houses sit close together behind front porches, with townhomes and condos nearby and apartments above the Town Center shops on Market Street. One written list serves all of them on a residential visit: bathrooms first, then the kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and the entry, with the floors done room by room.

How often, in plain words.
For a house with a porch, a yard and people at home much of the day, every two weeks is a common rhythm. A condo over Town Center with one or two people often suits a monthly visit.
One time
A single visit, before guests or after a busy stretch.
Weekly
For homes lived in fully, with children, pets or daily cooking.
Every two weeks
A steady middle ground that keeps the kitchen and bathrooms in order.
Monthly
For quieter homes that want a full pass once a month.
Before the visit, good to tell us.
A few details about your Celebration home make the first visit easier to plan.
Porch and front door
Whether we come in by the front porch, a side door or the garage.
Condo over the shops
Which entrance, stairway or elevator leads to a condo above Market Street.
Pets at home
A dog or a cat in the house, and where it stays during the visit.
What matters most
The room you want finished first, such as the kitchen before a busy weekend.

Something else on your mind? Call (305) 724-6619.
Yes. A condo or apartment over the shops follows the same written list as a house. Tell us the street, the entrance and whether we reach your door by stairs or by elevator.
Inside, no: bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, the living areas and the entry follow the written list. Sweeping the porch itself is not on that list, so ask us about it when we talk.
Yes. A townhome is cleaned room by room like any house, one level at a time. Tell us how many floors it has and which rooms you use the most, and we plan around them.
With one or two people and light cooking, once a month or every two weeks often keeps it in order. If you cook daily or have a pet, ask us about a closer rhythm.

Room by room, the same care.
One written list, followed the same way at every visit.
